Is the result of the antigen test for COVID-19 read after 3 hours correct?

Today, 2 tests (on two people) for sars COV 2 from Biotech Boson from a nasal swab were performed independently. The result was negative after 20 minutes, while after 3 hours there was a second, weak line on both of them, is it possible that the result is falsified, or should it be assumed that it is positive?

Odczytany wynik po 3 h jest wynikiem fałszywie pozytywnym.
