Sposób dawkowania leku warto jeszcze raz skonsultować z lekarzem pediatrą. Zwykle dawka dobowa 2*5ml = 10 ml leku na dobę = 200 mg cefiksymu stosuje się u dzieci o wadze 25 kg. U dzieci ważących 18 kg - 2*3,5 ml = 140 mg.
