How to combine Primacor with food?

Hello, can the drug Primacor 10 be taken in the evening without any meal? In the morning I take Polsart 80, and I have recommended from a nutritionist 2 tablespoons of olive oil for each meal. Can I eat, for example, the last meal at 17, and then at 19 this Primacor already without a meal because in the leaflet writes that fat increases the concentration of the drug.

Jak podaje producent, lek Primacor należy przyjmować przynajmniej 15 minut przed posiłkiem. Prawdą jest również, iż dostępność lerkanidypiny po podaniu doustnym zwiększa się 4-krotnie po zastosowaniu lerkanidypiny chlorowodorku do 2 godzin po posiłku bogatym w tłuszcz. Dlatego Primacor należy przyjmować przed posiłkami.

Może Pani zatem przyjąć lek Primacor na minimum 15 minut przed ostatnim posiłkiem.
