Can I take Apteo Sleep with Trittico CR?

Hello. Vibin mini tablets significantly worsened my well-being. The last contraceptive pill taken on Saturday at 19:00. I've had terrible sleep problems for a week now. Your doctor has prescribed Trittico CR 150 1/3. After a few days in case of no reaction and sleeping I have to increase the dose 2/3. I know that the action of the drug needs to wait up to 2-4 weeks. Is due to further lack of sleep I can take Apteo SEN together with Trittico before bedtime.
