Can I split the Encorton 5 mg tablet in half when the leaflet is written not to divide?

Good morning. I take Encorton 5 mg, after the symptoms have resolved the recommended dose is half a tablet for a period of two weeks, then half a tablet every other day also for a period of two weeks. Can I then split the 5 mg tablet in half when the leaflet says do not divide?

Z reguły, nie powinno dzielić się tabletek z zmodyfikowanym (przedłużonym) uwalnianiu oraz powlekanych, a także, gdy nie zaleca tego producent.

Zwykłe tabletki najczęściej można dzielić, jeśli tak zaleci lekarz, którego praktyka pokazuje, że proces ten nie zmniejsza skuteczności leczenia.
