If the child took the first dose of antibiotic at 14.00, the next dose should be taken at 20.00 and then every 12 hours.
I gave the baby the first dose of zinnat at 2 pm. I would like to change his hours eg 8 am and 20 in the morning. How should I give him a second dose now?
