Is Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine effective? Which vaccine is the most convenient?

Hi Because of several antibiotic therapy I had to change the date of vaccination, after the antibiotic I am about 3 weeks on Thursday I have control. Plus performing tests, checkups for certainty. My question is in March at the end of the month I got covid, now we have Delta mutations.. I wanted to get vaccinated pfizer, but the doctor informed me that as a recovery I can get j&j with one dose? Will it be effective? The honest truth is that I have a lot of opinions that after 2 doses of Pfizer it is worse to pass. I'm very scared, and I'm hard at work. I will be grateful for your reply, yours sincerely

Może Pani zaszczepić się dowolną, wybraną przez siebie szczepionką. Szczepionki przeciwko COVID-19 firm Pfizer, Moderna i Astra Zeneca są dwudawkowe, natomiast firmy Johnson&Johnson jest jednodawkowa. Szczepionki różnią się między sobą m.in. technologią wytworzenia. Niezależnie, którą z nich Pani wybierze zwiększy się u Pani poziom uodpornienia przeciwko koronawirusowi SARS-CoV-2. Każda ze szczepionek jest skuteczna.

Reakcja na szczepienie jest reakcją indywidualną. Nie ma możliwości zapewnienia Pani "z góry", którą szczepionkę łagodniej Pani "zniesie".
