Can I take Ketonal once a month when taking Setaloft?

Hello! The Leaflet of Setaloft states that painkillers cannot be used at the time of taking setaloft. I usually have a very painful period at which I have to cut Ketonal 100 because other drugs do not help me (I take of course one tablet a month). Can I not harm myself in this case?

Łączenie leków Setaloft i Ketonal zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, zwłaszcza krwawień z przewodu pokarmowego. Dlatego przewlekłe stosowanie nie jest wskazane, nie ma natomiast przeciwwskazań do doraźnego przyjęcia Ketonalu (jedną tabletkę w miesiącu) w trakcie terapii lekiem Setaloft.
