Should I discontinue Mesopral for the duration of treatment with omeprazole?

Good morning, a neurologist prescribed me DicloDuo 75 mg Combi with omeprazole for sciatica. However, I am currently undergoing treatment with reflux with Mesopral 40 and the treatment with mesopral 40 is expected to last 4 weeks. If I am to take DicloDUO Combi, should I stop Mesopral? In Dicloduo Combi the dose of omeprazole is only 20 mg and I doubt whether it can effectively replace Mesopral 40. Can I take these medicines at the same time or is it better to stop Mesopral while taking DicloDuo Combi? Thank you in advance for your reply.
