What if I forgot to take Letrox in the morning?

I have a question about skipping the dose of levothyroxine (letrox 100). I am after complete thyroid resection and forgot to take the drug in the morning. Do I take the dose now during the day (I'm not fasting) or wait and take a higher dose tomorrow morning? Is such a one-time omission of the tablet dangerous for me? Thank you in advance for your help.
