W skład preparatu Fertistim wchodzą: Mio-inozytol; maltodekstryna; regulator kwasowości: kwas cytrynowy; D-chiro-inozytol; astaksantyna; aromat; ekstrakt z owoców gorzkiego melona (Momordica charantia); aromat naturalny pomarańczowy; substancja przeciwzbrylająca: dwutlenek krzemu; cholekalcyferol (witamina D); substancja słodząca: sukraloza; chlorowodorek pirydoksyny (witamina B6); L-metylofolian wapnia (kwas foliowy). Produkt jest więc odpowiedni dla wegetarian, gdyż nie zawiera substancji pochodzenia zwierzęcego.
