Is Maxitrol intended for chalazion disease?
Hello. I went today with my son around the clock because for two days he is terribly festering eyes on a green color barely looks at the eyes .the doctor prescribed drops maxitrol .I wanted to read reviews on other sites as we speak whether they helped or not but the best thing is that I do not see whether they are not indicated for such a small child, and also everywhere writes that they are intended for gradówke.pozdrawiam ... My son is 3 and a half years old

Maxitrol drops or ointment are used to treat inflammatory eye diseases that may be accompanied by infection. Maxitrol is a combination drug that contains antibacterial ingredients and an ingredient that reduces inflammation in the eye. It is not only a "chalazion" drug, although it may be prescribed in the form of an ointment for this indication.
