Ponieważ nie badano wpływu stosowania amfetaminy na działanie leków z escitalopramem (np. Pralex) nie jesteśmy w stanie jednoznacznie określić jaka dawka tych leków podawanych łączenie mogłaby okazać się śmiertelna.
Wiadomo natomiast, iż amfetamina może w znacznym stopniu obniżyć skuteczność leków przeciwdepresyjnych, do których należy Pralex, dlatego takie połączenie nie jest wskazane.
