I was given Triplixam at different doses. Can I take 2 tablets each?
I have been prescribed triplixam 10mg+2.5mg+10mg. I got 5mg+1.25mg+1.25mg at the pharmacy. Can I take just 2 tablets at a time?

Triplixam jest preparatem złożonym, zawierającym trzy substancje czynne: peryndopryl, indapamid i amlodypinę. W tej konfiguracji, w jakiej otrzymała Pani/Pan tabletki w aptece dawka trzeciego ze składników nie będzie równoważna nawet w momencie przyjęcia dwóch tabletek. Być może pomyłka wyniknęła z błędu osoby wydającej. Proszę zadzwonić do apteki lub do niej podejść - jeśli zaszła pomyłka farmaceuta z pewnością wymieni tabletki na takie z poprawną dawką.
