How will Afobam affect me during the exam?

Good morning. I have anxiety neuroses with panic attacks. I received Afobam/Frontin from a psychiatrist. Will this medicine help to reduce panic attacks during the exam? I'm worried if I'll "sober" think about it after such a drug.
