Can I put off the Olfen 75 SR if my knee no longer hurts?

Hello, I had a knee injury and the doctor prescribed me Olfen 75 (two tablets a day, but did not say how long to take this drug) + ointment for joints . I take the drug already 5 days and the knee does not hurt. I was thinking about weaning the tablets. Is this a good idea? Should I finish the whole package?

Olfen 75 SR to lek wydawany z przepisu lekarza, zatem o możliwości odstawienia tego preparatu powinien decydować lekarz, np. w rozmowie telefonicznej:

W mojej ocenie, jeśli ból ustąpił, można zredukować dawkę do 1 tabletki na dobę, a jeśli nie powróci - odstawić lek. W razie bólu, należy kontynuować terapię do wyczerpania blistra i skontaktować się z lekarzem celem oceny postępów w terapii.
