Xarelto można łączyć z preparatem Doppelherz activ Meno Complex, jednak podczas takiej terapii należy zachować ostrożność i obserwować reakcję organizmu, gdyż nie zaleca się łączenia leków przeciwzakrzepowych z kwasami omega, głównie omega-3.
Z uwagi na to, że preparat Doppelherz activ Meno Complex zawiera olej z wiesiołka bogaty w kwasy omega-6, taka interakcja nie powinna wystąpić, szczególnie iż Xarelto jest lekiem przeciwzakrzepowym nowej generacji, a opisane negatywne oddziaływanie dotyczy przede wszystkim leków starszej generacji, np. warfaryny.
