Is malaise a side effect of Nootropil?

Hi, for about half a year i have been taking Nootropil. For the first 4 months 2 times a day, one month I took occasionally, and for two weeks it is taken again regularly. When I take this drug regularly my well-being after a week becomes very weak. To the extent that I do not have the strength to get out of bed, there are various bad thoughts, very poor self-esteem. During that month when I didn't take these drugs I felt wonderful. Every day was mine. And now it feels terrible again. Is it a side effect or is it not related at all?
