Can I take Palgotal if I feel bad after Dexaku?

Good morning at 8 I took dexak 25 mg prescribed by a neurologist and it hurts my stomach pulls me to vomiting if I can take a palgotal tablet 57 mg +650 mg which I had previously prescribed also by a neurologist after nuch nothing worked and the pain was 80% smaller.
