Nie znajduję informacji, aby lek Feroplex powodował kaszel i gorączkę. Feroplex to preparat z żelazem, związkiem występującym naturalnie w pożywieniu. Nie należy się zatem spodziewać istotnych skutków ubocznych w postaci objawów przypominających infekcję (kaszel, gorączka). Lek może (jednak rzadziej niż u 1 na aż 10 000 pacjentów) powodować zaburzenia żołądka i jelit: nudności, bóle w nadbrzuszu, biegunka, zaparcie.
