Could taking 2 halves of Onirex during a cycle make me late for menstruation?

2 times during the cycle I took half a tablet of Onirex for sleep. Now I am 3 days after the planned date of menstruation. I did pregnancy tests, all 3 negative. The ratio was one in a cycle with a condom, no injection inside. The condom has not been destroyed or tampered with in any way. My question is whether it is possible to take these tablets onirex plynelo to shift menstruation? Is the test done 3 or 4 days after the date of planned menstruation reliable? Sensitivity 10 and 20.
