You can try a drug with the same active substance, it is called MELODYN, it differs only in that it is additionally aloe vera that soothes the effects of possible irritation and the patch is made of plastic, there is no material that absorbs water from the outside (transtec has a braided material on the outside that peels off the skin when wet, and even gives chafing) on the assumption, for example, when bathing. In my case, all symptoms of irritation, allergies, peeling off when a person sweats have disappeared. It must be remembered that the place to be applied must be washed and dry - wash only with plain, running water and dry with a towel, then put about a quarter of an hour the skin to dry naturally. The place for the stone should not be washed with any shower gel, soap, do not use lotions, or do not degrease, for example, alcohol.
MELODINE (all the same dosages as transtec are available) is at the same price, but for me it is much better in use. In addition, it does not leave difficult traces of adhesive residues on the skin, which is just difficult to remove, being responsible largely for irritation in patients. Unfortunately, the pharmacist cannot dispense a substitute in the form of melodins instead of transtec - here you have to explicitly ask the doctor to enter a specific drug.
