Jednoczesne stosowanie trazodonu (Trittco) i tizanidyny (Sirdalud) nie jest przeciwwskazane.

Należy mieć jednak świadomość, że równoczesne przyjmowanie obu leków może zwiększać ryzyko zaburzeń rytmu serca, mogących stanowić zagrożenie zdrowia i życia pacjenta. Jest to jednak bardzo rzadkie zjawisko.

Jeśli oba leki zostały zalecone przez lekarza, w jego ocenie korzyści wynikające ze wspomnianej terapii przewyższają ewentualne ryzyko, dlatego należy postępować zgodnie z zaleceniami.
