Is it possible to take the minimum dose of Metypred all the time so that there is no inflammation?

For several years I have been suffering from bronchial disseachment, and notorious infections. I have permanently recommended Symbicort 320 but every move I have to take an antibiotic and Metypred. Metypret inhibits inflammation. Is it possible to take the minimum dose of Metiprete all the time so that there is no inflammation
