Is there any replacement for Bioracef in the form of dissolving tablets or syrup?

Is there any replacement for bioracef in the form of dissolving tablets or syrup because I have trouble swallowing? If not then is it possible to crush these tablets?

Tabletki Bioracef należy połknąć w całości, popijając wodą. Tabletek nie należy rozgryzać, kruszyć ani dzielić - może to zmniejszyć skuteczność leczenia.
