Can vitamin D3 cause muscle and joint pain?

Good morning, I am being treated with Osporil, but recently I got from the endocrinologist vit.d devikap 15000 / 8 drops /. I do not know if it is possible, but after taking these drops after two weeks my muscles and bones began to hurt. Is this possible???? I mention that I have vit d at the level of 20 which is very little.

To @Po broken:

Low vitamin D levels can cause a variety of ailments, including joint, muscle and bone pain, but reactions after supplementation, such as aches and lumps, can indicate hypersensitivity or the wrong dose. It is worth consulting a doctor to check the cause of your symptoms, consider reducing your vitamin D dose and make sure that other factors, such as diet or co-existing diseases, do not affect your well-being.

I am also a person in whom vitamin D caused osteoarticular and muscle pain. It also caused more in my husband, and yet we differ very much, even in diet. The dose at which we were broken was 3000 units + K2MK7. Recently, after a fracture, I started supplementing 2000 and strange bumps came out on my hands. I'm writing this because not everyone is good for vitamin D. Maybe someone knows something about it. I have a very low level of vitamin D, if I manage to reach 30, it is a success. I don't know what to do. Should you worry?

So definitely hurt and even napieprzaja mercilessly bones, joints and muscles after an overdose of vit D3, especially those in drops (easier to overdose) Terrible pain already 2 months to matches during this time all other diseases have been ruled out and my toxic level of this vitamin in the blood is still at a toxic level, I do not know when it will go down and what damage it will do and whether they will be reversible :( And the one who does not believe let se drink two bottles of drops at once will see how the vitamin freaks out in the bones as if someone screwed the drill:(
