Can an antibiotic be used at the same time as a laxative (e.g. lactulose, Dulcobis)?

I understand that there are a lot of different broad-spectrum antibiotics on the market, but couldn't you simply answer in the world - e.g. "It is not recommended to use it simultaneously with antibiotics from group XXX", etc.? What do you, pharmacists, teach at university, if you can never give a specific answer in practice? Nurses know MUCH more than you do. Maybe I'll give you an example - I was buying psychotropic drugs in a pharmacy related to overcoming addiction to opioids - the doctor prescribed me relanium and tramal. At the same time, I was finishing taking Bunorfin and forgot to ask my doctor if I could take tramadol while taking Bunorfin, or if I should wait a certain period of time. I decided to ask the "pharmacist" about it. She didn't know what to answer me. Even her answer "please ask the doctor" was as if she didn't know what she was talking about. And it was Friday afternoon, I did not have the opportunity to consult the attending physician. The punchline: the statement "consult a doctor or pharmacist" is simply exaggerated, because pharmacists only know how to push vitamins and herbs for 150 PLN.
