Can I eat 10 min after taking vibin some red pepper into scrambled eggs? Because as far as I know it has vitamin C red pepper in it, it does not interfere with contraception?

No amount of pepper affects the effectiveness of hormonal contraception. Gyros salad with peppers has no effect on contraception. You do not have to implement any nutritional sacrifices by taking contraceptive pills.
What amount of peppers interferes with the action of contraceptive pills? Does eating a gyros salad in which there is pepper affect the effectiveness?
