Why even on allegro, a portal that nevertheless checks offers in terms of legality, you can find piracetam which in Poland is prescription? (but in the Czech Republic, for example, there is an OTC)

Wszystkie produkty w piracetamem jakie są obecne w obrocie na terenie Polski są lekami na receptę. Nie mogą być sprzedawane wysyłkowo:
