E, there people's answers that it is impossible give them a sense of security that they do not have to do anything.
I had a dose of 160mg, I reset myself and I have been clean for 5 years
Yes, yes, I know, probably someone will think that I took it for a short time... So in addiction, 15 years of active addiction plus two years on methadone. It really can be done
If by some miracle you manage to reset slowly by reducing the dose, it will be a very slow and difficult process and at the very end you will need to stay in the detoxification ward. You will come out of detox clean and what next. In a month at the latest, you will start taking drugs again, because a junkie can not live in abstinence. You will eventually fall into alcoholism or other drugs. Therefore, my advice, it is better to drink metdadone for the rest of your life !!!

To @Maras: You will need to consult a doctor. You can get help from a doctor in a private office, for a fee. I enclose a link to a similar thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/74908/methadone-przyjechalem-z-ukrainy-i-skonczylem-tabletki-metadonowe-a-metado
I came down from methadone now gets 5mg metadik and I need tramal in Wroclaw because deported bende to Polish and silent insurance in Poland
Continuation to "There is only one way" - Using the method from my previous message, you have to remember that everyone has a different metabolism and everyone must adjust the dose to their body, i.e. reduce so as not to suffer, go off the dose only when the body is already adapted to the current amount and when you are convinced that it can cope with a smaller dose. I wish you perseverance and faith in the success of the method that today's doctors have long forgotten!
There is only one way - consistent dose reduction! I went down from 20 mg. reducing first by 5 mg. weekly, from 5mg. I reduced after 1 mg. for a week then I stopped completely but every other day, then I saved myself tramalem also every few days two tablets then one finally when I felt reasonably well I stopped all this and for six years I am without these poisons - I greet and wish you health

Oczywiście, że tak. Potrzebne będą jednak fachowa opieka lekarska (właściwym specjalistą wydaje się być psychiatra, pomocy można szukać także w ośrodkach terapii uzależnień), silna wola, cierpliwość i duże wsparcie najbliższych.
Trzymamy za Panią kciuki.
