Good morning. No Scaldex. 5 years ago I visited Dr. Owoc, who invented the Scaldex ointment. This miracle doctor saved me after a burn: grade II/III. Scaldex ointment was not available for sale at that time. I'm a pharmacist, I trusted. For wounds covering 5 percent of my body, I used a handmade product by Dr. Owoc. - quite short, about a month or two - I don't remember. (But I went to see Dr. Owoc in the second week after the accident.) After about 2 years, there was no trace of the burn. Smooth skin. All that remained was the occasional redness from the sun or too warm a bath. Miracle!!! And I poured 1.5 liters of boiling water on myself. I followed all the recommendations, although they were unconventional. If Scaldex ointment returns to the market, it is a life-saving drug, at least after burns like mine.

For the last year or so, it was available in pharmacies again (after about eight years of non-existence) – of course 100% more expensive, but it was. Now they have "hidden" it again, because there is a lack of one of the substances for its production, i.e. bacitracin. No wonder, since they moved everything to China and now we are short of medicines. And what works is ours, Polish and cheap is hidden from people again.
