Can I swap my medication Clatra on Telfexo 180?

Clatra and Telfexo contain different active substances (bilastine vs fexofenadine), so they cannot be used interchangeably. Telfexo 180 mg is for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria, while Clatra 20 mg is used for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis.
