I encourage you to consult your doctor again and discuss the dosage of the drug. Perhaps he meant that you should take the drug only in one cycle, i.e. for 10 consecutive days, and not in three 10-day cycles for 3 months?
Dosage of the drug according to the manufacturer's information in adults:
"One tablet a day before eating, dissolve under the tongue. Use on ten consecutive days a month for a period of 3 months."
