Dicloduo is a drug belonging to the group of non-steroidal analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). All preparations from this group may show side effects related primarily to irritation of the gastrointestinal tract (although compared to other drugs, Dicloduo poses a slightly lower risk of side effects). All painkillers should be taken in the lowest possible acting doses for the shortest possible time. The duration of Dicloduo is about 4-5 hours. There are NSAIDs that work longer (up to 20 hours - e.g. Meloxicam), the intake of which may be more beneficial in the case of chronic diseases, e.g. rheumatic diseases.
