As I mentioned - the combination of levetiracetam and carbamazepine is not recommended, but it can be used after consulting a doctor.
Levetiracetam should be discontinued as prescribed by your doctor and carbamazepine should be introduced gradually. You don't have to go down to zero with Levetiracetam and only introduce carbamazepine.

Lamotrigine (Lamilept) can be combined with carbamazepine, but requires caution because carbamazepine accelerates its metabolism, which may reduce the effectiveness of lamotrigine. In addition, the risk of side effects, including dangerous rashes, increases, so it is necessary to introduce the drug gradually and observe the reaction.

Lavericetam should be weaned to zero and only the introduction of the drug? Carmabazepine doesn't bother with lamilept too?

Carbamazepine usually begins to work after a few days of use, but the full therapeutic effect may not be apparent until 1–2 weeks of regular use.

Follow your doctor's instructions closely.

It is not recommended to combine Levetiracetam with carbamazepine. Such a combination can lead, m.in others, to disorientation, drowsiness, agitation, hallucinations, blurred vision, slurred speech, nystagmus, pupil dilation, vomiting, cardiac arrhythmias, and oedema. Therefore, such a combination is usually not recommended, and if it should be used, it is worth observing the body's reaction and reporting any side effects to the doctor.
It would be best to start carbamazepine treatment only after discontinuation of Levetiracetam.
