Hello, I've been taking setaloft (depressive anxiety disorder) for over two months, I started with a dose of 25mg, then 50 and now 75. My nervous tension has decreased, I sleep better but it's still not quite good. Anger and irritation appear in trivial situations. I've taken Setaloft for the fourth time and I have the impression that it helped me faster before. Should I increase the dose or is my body no longer reacting to this drug?

Usually, the effects are visible after 2-3 weeks from increasing the dose of the drug. If it has been 2-3 weeks since the dose was increased to 75 mg and you still do not see sufficient improvement, you should consult your doctor again. Perhaps the specialist will decide to add another drug that will enhance the effect of sertraline, e.g. mirtazapine, which when used with sertraline can improve sleep and mood.
If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

However, it is unlikely that in the situation you described, tolerance to sertraline has developed, because – as you mention – the drug works, but its effect is weaker than expected. Therefore, consult your doctor and consider adding an additional medication to your therapy or increasing the dose of sertraline.
Perhaps psychotherapy, which is often crucial for therapeutic success, would also be effective.
