Bilastine (the active substance in Clatra) should be used with caution in patients with ventricular arrhythmias, especially if there is a risk of prolongation of the QT/QTc interval.
According to the manufacturer: "There have been cases of QT prolongation in ECG after the use of bilastine. QT prolonging drugs may increase the risk of serious cardiac arrhythmias, including Torsade de Pointes ventricular tachycardia."
Clatra does not interact with Bisocard in clinical significance - it can be combined with each other.
It may be worth consulting a doctor and replacing bilastine with an allergy medication based on loratadine or desloratadine. If you decide to take Clatra anyway, you should observe your body's reaction, and in the event of alarming symptoms, consult a doctor.
