Hello. I take the antibiotic amoxlikav 3 times a day. In the afternoon I was at my friends' house and I didn't have anything to drink and I drank some orange juice with some water. Can anything happen after such a drink?

A single dose of Amoksiklav with orange juice is unlikely to cause serious side effects. Orange juice may slightly affect the absorption of some medications, but in the case of amoxicillin clavulanic acid, this is not clinically relevant for a one-time incident.
However, I encourage you to wash down subsequent doses with water, preferably drink 200ml to the tablet to be sipped. Because regularly combining antibiotics with fruit juices can reduce their effectiveness.
