It is not recommended to combine Lactulose with Duphagol (macrogol). Both of these drugs are laxatives, but they work on slightly different principles. Combining these drugs is not recommended as it can increase the risk of side effects such as diarrhea and electrolyte imbalances.
If lactulose does not bring the expected results, it can be combined with preparations that increase the volume of stool, e.g. Colon C. Attention should also be paid to adequate hydration and a diet rich in soluble fiber. If there is no improvement after a few days of therapy, a medical consultation is necessary to change the treatment strategy.
