The use of Ryeqo after complete bilateral hysterannexectomy is not justified and is not effective in the treatment of pelvic pain in this situation.
Ryeqo (estrogen and progestin) is a medication used primarily to treat moderate to severe symptoms of uterine fibroids in premenopausal women who have a preserved uterus.
After a total hysterectomy with ovarian removal, there are no target hormone-dependent tissues, so it is worth considering other causes of pain and possibly other treatment methods, e.g. analgesic treatment, physiotherapy or neurological diagnostics. I encourage you to consult a doctor to determine the cause of the ailment.
