Yes, Omega acids do not interact with drugs such as Hydroxyzinum and Trittico. These drugs can be combined with a supplement and their effects will be preserved.

However, it is not recommended to combine Omega acids with anticoagulants, as the acids can intensify their effect – but Hydroxyzinum and Trittico are not among them.
