I lost the blister and the last pill I took 17 out of 21 I got bleeding and after 7 days of break I started a new package, after choosing all the pills from the new package it is already the 4th day of break and no bleeding plus lower abdominal pain can bleeding still appear?

You have done the right thing and the protection is maintained at all times. Lack of full-term bleeding may be related to the postponement of previous bleeding from withdrawal. The situation should regulate in the next cycle.
To protect yourself, you should continue taking the tablets – even if bleeding does not occur. So now keep up to 7 days break, then move on to a new package.
