Combining Doreta, Nimesil and Mydocalm requires caution and strict adherence to medical advice due to potential interactions.

Caution should be exercised when using Doreta and Nimesil concomitantly. Although in some situations your doctor may recommend their alternate use, Nimesil and acetaminophen (Doreta's ingredient) are not recommended for bulking due to the potential for increased side effects, as well as potential strain on the kidneys. The maximum daily dose of Doreta is 8 tablets, i.e. 2 tablets every 6 hours 4 times a day.

Please remember that taking all medications and dietary supplements should always be reported to your doctor, especially when he or she decides to implement further medications. Such a procedure will allow for the selection of safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
