Due to the content of saw palmetto, there is a risk of weakening the effectiveness of contraception. You should avoid these types of products while taking combined contraceptive pills, such as Naraya.
Due to the fact that saw palmetto extract can affect the concentration of hormones, m.in. estrogens, it is recommended to avoid the use of preparations containing this extract by women using hormonal contraception methods containing estrogens (Naraya contains synthetic estrogen - ethinylestradiol).
