A pressure of 105/75 mmHg is within normal limits and is not considered low or dangerous. Gabapentin is a medication that should be used as prescribed by your doctor.
If you do not have symptoms of hypotension, such as dizziness, weakness or fainting, then there are no contraindications to taking the drug at this pressure. However, it is always a good idea to inform your doctor about your current blood pressure and possible ailments so that they can assess the safety of the therapy individually.
