I've been taking Nebalin for 5 days, is it normal to feel more arrhythmias and pulse in the evening?

Nebalin (Pregabalin) can cause various side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, headaches, nausea or swelling, especially at the beginning of treatment, when the body adjusts to it.

However, cardiac arrhythmias and marked changes in pulse are not typical or commonly reported side effects of pregabalin and are not mentioned in the standard safety descriptions of this drug. This medicine has a proven cardiac safety and does not affect blood pressure or heart rhythm directly. If you experience severe cardiovascular symptoms, especially cardiac arrhythmias or changes in pulse, you should consult your doctor immediately to rule out other causes and assess the safety of continued use of pregabalin.
