Cromohexal are eye drops containing 20 mg/ml disodium cromoglycate, mainly used in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. They can be replaced by other preparations containing the same active substance, such as Allergocrom, Polcrom, or Allergo-Comod.
All of these drops have a similar anti-allergic effect, stabilizing mast cell membranes and preventing allergic reactions in the eye. It is recommended to use 1-2 drops in each eye, 4 times a day, as directed.
