The use of Tadalafil is contraindicated in the following groups of patients with cardiovascular diseases:

- patients who have had a myocardial infarction in the last 90 days,

- patients with unstable angina or angina pain during intercourse
Sexual

- patients who have had heart failure of at least the NYHA (New York Heart Association) grade 2 in the last 6 months,

- patients with uncontrolled arrhythmias, hypotension (<90/50 mm Hg) or uncontrolled hypertension,

- patients who have had a stroke in the last 6 months.

In addition, Tadalafil should not be taken by patients taking nitrate-containing/releasing medicines due to the significant risk of side effects.
