Can Orungal and Nasonex be combined?

I have mycosis of the intestines and intimate areas. I started using Orungal yesterday. The leaflet of drugs with which they cannot be combined is huge. For 2 weeks I have been forced to use nasonex (nasal steroid). Can I combine them? I don't have much opportunity to stop both treatments now. I will be grateful for an answer

There are no contraindications to the concomitant use of Orungal and Nasonex. Nasonex acts locally and its absorption into the blood is minimal, so the risk of interactions is very low.

If you experience any disturbing symptoms during treatment, you should consult your doctor.
