I have a question recently, from the dose of 60mg duloxstetin, the doctor increased my dose to 90 and I have been on it for 11 days now, at the same time I am taking the antibiotic xifaxan 200mg 2x1, for 2 days I have been experiencing such side effects severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, increased sweating, weakness, frequent urination, malaise, are these effects caused by increasing the dose of duloxstein or an antibiotic?

The symptoms you have described, i.e. severe abdominal pain, diarrhoea, sweating, weakness, frequent urination, malaise, are more typical of the side effects of the antibiotic Xifaxan (rifaximin) than of duloxetine. Moreover, they occurred 2 days ago and the dose of duloxetine was increased 11 days ago, and usually side effects occur immediately after the dose increase.
Most likely, Xifaxan is the cause of these symptoms, but interactions between the two drugs cannot be completely ruled out. If they persist, you should contact your doctor - you may need to modify your treatment.
I enclose the leaflets of the drugs in which the side effects are described:

Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data on them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
